To further engage the community, Inter-departmental Counter Terrorism Unit (ICTU) held a booth display at the 57th Hong Kong Brands and Products Expo at Victoria Park for the third consecutive year (between 16th and 19th December) to reach out to the general public. During the event, the Chief Executive, Mr John Lee Ka-chiu and the Secretary for Security, Mr TANG Ping-keung, visited the booth to show support to officers of ICTU.

In the event, ICTU promoted “Safe Community” messages to the public through distribution of leaflets, covering “Run, Hide, Report” and “Spot and Report”, etc. ICTU also promoted the “Safe Community WeChat Mini Programme”, which was launched earlier this year.

ICTU also distributed various festive souvenirs, such as mini calendars, red packets and Fai Chun, sharing joy and luck together.
