Inter-departmental Joint Operation • Safe Management of Chemicals
To remind the industry of the importance of safe management of chemicals, the Inter-departmental Counter Terrorism Unit (ICTU) and the Fire Services Department conducted a joint operation on various chemical outlets and hardware stores in districts across the region for enforcement and public education activities from June 17 to 18.
ICTU encourages the industry to report to ICTU via “CT Reporting Hotline” 63-666-999 if they come across suspicious purchase of chemicals. Reports pivotal to investigation will stand a chance of getting a reward.
