To further promote “Safe Community” and raise the counter-terrorism awareness of ethnic minorities, the Inter-departmental Counter Terrorism Unit (ICTU) has compiled leaflets on “Run, Hide, Report”, “Spot and Report – Suspicious Persons”, “Spot and Report – Suspicious Objects” and “Guidelines for Identifying Extremist Thoughts” in Chinese, English, French and six ethnic minority languages (Indonesian, Nepali, Urdu, Punjabi, Tagalog and Hindi).  The leaflets will be distributed at the Safe Community Hub and other community events in a proactive effort to build a “Safe Community” with a wider spectrum of community groups.
