The Inter-departmental Counter Terrorism Unit (ICTU) respects the right to personal data privacy and is committed to complying with requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (\u201cPDPO\u201d).<\/p>\n
For different purposes and at different times you may be invited to provide personal data through the ICTU website on a voluntary basis. Personal information may include name, telephone number or e-mail address. ICTU will specify the collection purpose and intended usage of your data when it invites you to provide such information.<\/p>\n
Unless permitted or required by law, ICTU will not disclose your personal data to any third parties without your prior consent.<\/p>\n

Ways to make Data Access Request (DAR)<\/u><\/p>\n
In person \u2013 by delivering a completed DAR Form to any police station. Police officers will assist an applicant to complete the DAR Form if necessary.<\/p>\n
By post \u2013 by mailing the completed DAR Form to the concerned police station or Formation.<\/p>\n
